Below are results from last night’s SmackDown house show event from Madison, Wisconsin. (Special thanks to John for attending the event and sharing.)
Went to the Smackdown house show in Madison, WI. Very good show. Quite a few people there too. Here is what happened:
The Hardy Boys Defeated The Usos to retain the tag team championship.
Next up supposed to be R – Truth Vs Samoa Joe for the U.S. Title but during Truth’s entrance Joe attacked him from behind and took him out.
Erick Rowan defeated Mustafa Ali.
Kevin Owens defeated Andrade. After the match Vega talking crap to Owens. Owens said he had a special guest to introduce to them. Braun Strowman showed up and slammed Andrade. Very nice to see Strowman one of my favorites.
Becky Lynch defeated Charlotte to retain both Raw & SD Women’s Championship.
The IIconcis defeated Naomi & Carmella & Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville to retain the Women’s Tag Team Championship.
Next up R – Truth hobbled out to the ring and demanded his U.S. Title Shot. Joe came out and now the match happened with Joe putting R – Truth to sleep and retaining the U.S. Title.
Then the main event Kofi Kingston Vs Randy Orton – WWE Championship. During the match referee gets knocked out to the floor and Cesaro does a run in but then Kevin Owens came to the save and during the melee Kofi Kingston hit trouble in paradise to Randy Orton and another ref ran in and did the count so still WWE Champion Kofi Kingston.
