Despite his recent WWE RAW appearance and his title shot at WrestleMania 36, WWE officials have not decided if Austin Theory will stay in WWE NXT or if he will be on the RAW roster full time.
Theory was well-received among the few people that were in attendance for the recent RAW tapings at the WWE Performance Center, according to Fightful Select. However, a decision hasn’t been made on a potential full-time call-up for the 22 year old. It was noted that WWE officials had the same line of thinking when it came to Angel Garza at first.
As noted, Theory is replacing WWE United States Champion Andrade at WrestleMania 36, due to Andrade’s rib injury. Theory and Garza are teaming up to challenge RAW Tag Team Champions The Street Profits. The match was taped but there’s no word yet on spoilers. Theory’s recent RAW match was his main roster debut.
