WWE Reportedly Working On A “Plan B” Location For WrestleMania 37

According to WrestleVotes, WWE is actively working on a “Plan B” location for next year’s WrestleMania 37, which was originally set to take place from the newly constructed SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis the state of California recently revealed that large gatherings may be banned until April 2021. WWE is also searching for a backup host in case SoFi Stadium isn’t completed upon the time of the show.

This year’s WrestleMania was set for Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay Florida, home of the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The viral outbreak forced WWE to move their “Showcase of the Immortals” to the Performance Center in Orlando, which has been the set for episodes of Raw, SmackDown, and NXT.
