Match #1. Parking Lot Brawl: Trent vs. Chuck

Hockey fight to start as Trent misses a charge into a Volkswagen. X-Plex on the VW by Trent, as he takes a garbage can lid to the face of his former best friend. Chuck is busted open already as Trent charges him, but Chuck powerbombs him on a Cadillac. Trent responds with a bunch of garbage cans to the face. Trent sets a garbage can lid on top of Chuck on a sedan, while he climbs up on a truck, and jumps off with an elbow. Trent tries to murder Chuck with a flat screen TV but Chuck moves. Snap suplex by Chuck through a door! Chuck now beats Trent with whatever is left of the door before deciding to use a trashcan instead. Both guys are bleeding everywhere as Chuck finds a shovel of sorts and goes to work on Trent. Chuck climbs up a car but gets sent off the car and through a light tube board! Trent takes Chuck to another card and thinks about a piledriver, but Chuck lands on his feet and sends Trent through a windshield with a Razor’s Edge! Glass is all in the back of Trent and Chuck’s arm is cut very badly. Both guys are fighting on the hood of a sedan now and Chuck faux-hugs Trent. Trent goes low on Chuck! Piledriver by Trent on the hood! Trent now locks in a triangle choke of sorts and Chuck passes out, forcing the referee to call the match.

Winner: Trent

Rating: **3/4. I mean, I don’t know how to rate this thing. It wasn’t very long, they bled a lot, and it’ll probably keep Chuck off TV for a while to continue his rehab? Trent does come across looking like quite the heartless bastard, though.

After the match, Trent finds a plumber’s wrench. Orange Cassidy and Kris Statlander show up to stop the attack, but Trent takes the wrench to Chuck’s ankle… through the glass!

Statlander holds Cassidy back as Trent tells him it’s his fault.

Match #2. Deonna Purrazzo vs. Thunder Rosa

Thunder almost KO’s Deonna with a right hand. Deonna gets back up and ties Thunder around the bottom rope with her KT tape. Dropkick by Deonna and a high angle Liontamer, as Thunder’s back is bandaged up. Spicy dropkick by Deonna to the outside. Thunder tries to chop Deonna but hits ringpost and Deonna responds with a pump kick on the floor as we go to commercial. Back from commercial and Deonna runs into a boot in the corner and a shotgun dropkick by Thunder. Enziguiri by Thunder and a single leg dropkick. Low dropkick to Deonna who was perched up by the bottom rope. Deonna ducks a clothesline and snap mares Thunder over and follows with a boot to the face. Both women trade waist lock attempts but Thunder rolls through and stomps the chest of Deonna. Thunder locks in a rear naked choke but Deonna makes her way up and drops Thunder back on the mat. Deonna tries to the Fujiwara armbar but both women trade scrambles until Thunder gets the roll up.

Winner: Thunder Rosa

Rating: **3/4. Again, the commercial break in the middle of this kind of upset the flow, but both women did work hard. I’m glad this is going to continue, because I think there are better matches ahead.

After the match, Thunder gloats in the camera and Deonna attacks from behind and both women fight throughout the crowd as security breaks it up.

Match #3. Big Bill vs. Trevor Blackwell

Avalanche by Big Bill. Big Boot. Short-arm clothesline. Bill keeps pulling up Blackwell before the pin. Chokeslam! Foot on the chest. Over.

Winner: Big Bill

Rating: NR.

Match #4. Katsuyori Shibata & Daniel Garcia vs. Shane Taylor Promotions

Brawl to start as Shibata sends Taylor into the guardrail on the outside and follows with a big running boot. Anthony Ogogo joins commentary, by the way. Vertical suplex on the floor by Shibata to Moriarty. Everyone gets back inside the ring as Moriarty runs into a boot in the corner and Garcia gets the tag. Twisting neckbreaker to Moriarty by Garcia. Two. Make it three. The referee is distracted by Moriarty and Taylor grabs Garcia, drags him under the ropes, and DDTs him off the apron! STP in control now and Taylor chops the soul out of Garcia. Garcia fights back with chops of his own and a big boot, but Taylor is back with a Uranage and a big splash for two. Garcia gets sent to the outside now and Taylor puts him through a guardrail. Moriarty slaps on a double wrist lock but Shibata makes the save with a kick to the back. Another huge splash to Garcia and Taylor heads up top for a splash from the middle rope, but that misses. Garcia isn’t able to make a tag thanks to Moriarty, who comes in and snaps the fingers of Garcia. Garcia is trapped in the STP corner and fights his way out before dropping Moriarty with a Saito suplex. Hot tag to Shibata! Big boot to Taylor! Two! Big boot in the corner and forever elbows! Moriarty gets dropped with an elbow as well. Stereo mounted punches followed by stereo stalling dropkicks! Running boot in the corner by Shibata to Taylor and right hand/chop combos, as Garcia dances to the rhythm. Running knee in the corner by Shibata and a double vertical suplex. One count only! Double suplex by Taylor now. Moriarty in with the right hand/chop combo to Shibata, but Shibata doesn’t care! Elbow drops Moriarty! Falcon Arrow (ish) by Moriarty gets two. Double kicks and stereo rear naked chokes by Garcia and Shibata! Taylor backs Garcia into the corner but Garcia hits Taylor with a backdrop driver! PK to Moriarty by Shibata! One, two, three!

Winners: Katsuyori Shibata & Daniel Garcia

Rating: ***1/4. Solid tag team match here in the main event, and it’s got to be so cool for Garcia to tag with Shibata here. I would have liked to see SOME referee intervention here, as Garcia and Shibata were both in the ring for like the last 120 seconds… and I’m not even a stickler for these things like Bully Ray. That being said, everyone looked strong in the main event here and it was a heck of a fun way to close three hours of wrestling on a Saturday.

Final Thoughts: It really kind of felt like a three-hour episode of Collision, and that was fine with me. The Best Friends story seems like it’s just starting, so I’ll be along for the ride on that one. Deonna and Thunder’s match was good, but not what their capable of, so I’m hoping we see more of them. Main event was perfectly acceptable and helped build Shibata for Dynamite this week, so no complaints here.  7.25/10.
