WWE Hall of Famer Edge appeared on “After The Bell” with Corey Graves this week and named several WWE NXT, RAW and SmackDown Superstars he wants to face.
He named Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, NXT Champion Adam Cole, NXT North American Champion Keith Lee, Shane Thorne, Roderick Strong, Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish (in tag team action) and The Velveteen Dream from NXT. He also said he’d like to face NXT UK Superstars Tyler Bate and the NXT UK Champion, WALTER.
Regarding the RAW brand, Edge said he’d like to mix it up with Aleister Black, AJ Styles, and Seth Rollins. He said he’s “chomping at the bit” to get his hands on Black, and said Rollins “has to happen.”
Another match Edge said “has to happen” is with Roman Reigns. He said “there’s no way around it, it just has to” happen. The Rated R Superstar said at the Royal Rumble the feeling he had in the ring with Reigns was the same feeling he has in the ring with The Undertaker and Jeff Hardy. He also named Baron Corbin as a SmackDown Superstar he’s interested in wrestling.
