Winner and STILL ROH Women’s Champion: Athena

Rating: ***1/4. Athena continues to deliver in the main event, where she feels like she is for every ROH show. ROH has done a great job in making their women’s title feel important, and every week it feels like a fight. Great stuff here between the two women, but now I’d like to see a feud for this title instead of Athena just taking people out on a weekly basis.

Final Thoughts: Yeah so this show snuck up on me and it might have been my favorite episode of ROH TV yet. Shibata as the Pure Champion will always have me tuning in, Lucha Bros and Mark Briscoe are an interesting six-man team, Athena continues her dominance, just good stuff all over the place. Also, Takeshita is destined for a title and I hope it’s soon. Thumbs way up for this week’s show. 8.5/10.
