According to the Wrestling Observer, AEW is not planning on using indie star Clutch Adams ever again following a series of homophobic and racial tweets coming to the surface. Adams previously recorded a match on AEW DARK with Shawn Spears, but the bout was pulled because of his comments, which at the time of air date were still not deleted from his websites. He also lost out on bookings with Beyond Wrestling, a promotion he had worked at several times in the past, after targeting the promoter with hate speech.
Reports are that Adams had still been posting controversial statements on social media, and will continue to get called out on it.
