Alexa Bliss took to Twitter last night and made several comments on the ongoing storyline between Murphy, her ex-fiance, and Aalyah Mysterio. You can click here for the latest on the storyline from this week’s RAW, and a post-show interview from Murphy.
The backlash from fans led to Bliss temporarily locking her Twitter, but it is back online as of this writing.
The comments began with Bliss commenting on the text messages shown by Seth Rollins, between Aalyah and Murphy.
“Honestly I don’t blame him lol #ShootYourShotBud,” Bliss wrote. That tweet has since been deleted.
Bliss was then met with criticism from fans, for encouraging the 32 year old Murphy to go after the 19 year old Mysterio.
She responded, “Try to make one comment supporting my ex & now I’m the bad guy [frown emoji]”
She posted in a follow-up tweet, “Getting attacked for writing about a show y’all are watching anyway [laughing emoji] [frown emoji] #GetOuttaHere”
Bliss made another tweet where she said she didn’t know of Aalyah’s age at first. She told the critics to calm down and be happy for Murphy’s success.
She wrote, “Do I Know her or her age? No. Was I trying to be supportive of Murphy? Yes. Back off and calm down ppl. Just happy Murphy is getting the success he’s worked for. That’s all [woman shrugging emoji] be bothered by something else [peace sign emoji]”
One fan pointed out how Bliss had previously tweeted about a 9 year age gap in her relationship. Another fan responded to that fan and wrote, “It’s a storyline dude. Please get a life or a hobby & find something else to be mad about”
Bliss responded, “Absolutely. I agree that I should be held responsible for the storylines my ex-boyfriend receives at work. Anything else I can take care of as well?”
Murphy and Aalyah have not commented on the criticism as of this writing. You can see Bliss’ full tweets below:
