– Kimber Lee (Kimberly Frankele), 33, is scheduled for her pre-trial hearing on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 in Highlands County Court. The appearance stems from a DUI arrest back on May 11 in Sebring, FL. She was also charged with resisting arrest with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. The former WWE NXT and IMPACT Wrestling star entered a plea of not guilty to all charges back on July 7 after being officially charged that same day. She also waived her right for a speedy trial and filed for a public defender due to inability to afford her own attorney, which was granted.
