Following this week’s edition of WWE SmackDown On FOX, the action continued inside the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas with the latest episode of WWE 205 Live premiering on the WWE Network.

WWE 205 LIVE RESULTS FROM DALLAS, TX. (1/24/2020)
The show opens with video highlights of the NXT UK TakeOver and NXT UK TV action that led into tonight’s show, which is the final show before the WWE Worlds Collide: NXT vs. NXT UK live special on the WWE Network.
The video focuses on the Fatal-4-Way Cruiserweight Title match and then transitions into the regular WWE 205 Live weekly video opener.
From there we shoot live into the arena where Jon Quasto and Aiden English welcome us to the show on commentary. After that they promote tonight’s Lio Rush vs. Tony Nese and Danny Burch vs. The Brian Kendrick matches.
Tyler Breeze vs. Ariya Daivari
Then Ariya Daivari makes his ring entrance. He will be in action to kick off this week’s show. His opponent, Tyler Breeze, makes his way out next. This singles bout will open up this week’s show.
Early on in the match, Breeze has control of Daivari, hitting several strikes on Daivari, then finally landing a Dropkick. Breeze landing several blows on Daivari in the corner of the ring. Daivari builds momentum and stomps Breeze. Breeze counters with the Enzuigiri. Daivari follows Breeze to the outside and throws him back into the ring. Daivari hits a Neck Breaker. Daivari drops Breeze with a Back Elbow. Back and forth action, both men run into one another. Breeze finally hits the Unprettier for a near fall. Breeze hits the Hammer Lock for the pin and win.
Winner: Tyler Breeze
Danny Burch vs. The Brian Kendrick
Early on in the match, Burch dominates. Burch hits multiple Uppercuts. Later in the match, Kendrick is sent to the outside, Burch slams Kendrick’s head onto the stairs leading into the ring. Kendrick slams Burch’s head into the stairs himself. The referee gets to the count of nine, Burch jumps and slides into the ring just in time. Kendrick is waiting as Burch slides in, getting his arms locked onto Burch’s face. Burch gets to his knees, and attempts to flip Kendrick, Kendrick counters. Kendrick gets Burch back to the mat. Kendrick gets the Captain’s Hook once again on Burch immediately, fully locked in.
Burch finally escapes the hold, both men make their way back to their feet. Burch with a kick to the face of Kendrick. Burch gets to the top rope and lands a Flying Dropkick to the body of Kendrick. Burch rocking and waiting in anticipation as Kendrick struggles back to his feet. Burch looking to put away Kendrick. German Suplex by Burch. Burch with a Headbutt on Kendrick. Kendrick gets his hand on the rope almost immediately, the referee forces Burch to break. Kendrick goes for Sliced Bread, Burch throws him off and hits a Clothesline. Daivari comes out, holding the hand of Kendrick onto the rope keeping the pin on Burch for the win.

After the Match
Ariya Daivari slaps the back of Kendrick in congratulations. Daivari puts his arm around Kendrick, both men begin walking backwards up the ramp, smiling and cheering the win. Davari pats Kendrick on the back once more and lifts his hand in victory as we go to commercial.
Lio Rush vs. Tony Nese
Out first is Lio Rush as his music sounds in the arena, Rush makes his way down the ramp and enters the ring awaiting his opponent. Out next is Nese as his music sounds in the arena. Nese says he never got the opportunity to go to Worlds Collide as he makes his way down the ramp. Nese enters the ring with Rush. A video clip is shown of the bout leading into this match. A lot of words exchanged between the two men to begin this match. Rush finally grabs the ankle of Nese and drops Nese to the mat. Nese back to his feet, slams Rush to the mat. Rush kicks Nese in the face. Rush goes to work on Nese in the corner of the ring. Rush attempts to make his way to the top turnbuckle, Nese sweeps the legs of Rush, followed up with a battery of hands to the face of Rush. Rush back to his feet, Nese with a Flying Clothesline of sorts, Nese with a pin attempt. Rush kicks out at two. “You’re not so fast when you run into brick walls, huh?” Nese says to Rush. The crowd begins to chant, “Let’s go Lio! Let’s go Lio!” Nese seemingly going for the 450, Rush rolls to the side of the ring under the ropes. Rush counters, flipping and kicking Nese off the apron. Rush flies through the ropes and Spears Nese into the announcer’s table. The referee begins his count as the crowd begins to chant, “Lio! Lio!” once again. Rush heads to the outside trying to get Nese back into the ring. Nese attempts to throw Rush into the stairs, Rush jumps over them. Both men speed back into the ring. Nese rolls through a hit and gets a big kick on Rush heard around the world! Nese shows off his guns as Rush is laying and writhing in pain on the mat. Lots of quick back and forth action. Rush hits the Come Up and looks to get the win, Nese kicks out at two, to the dismay of Rush and the crowd. Rush looks to be going for The Final Hour, Nese rolls to the side of the ring. Nese goes for the Moonsault, nothing but canvas. Both men fighting on the top rope, they fall to the outside. Nese and Rush attempting to make their way back to their feet. Nese throws Rush over the announcer’s table and runs back into the ring just in time for the referee to hit the count of ten.
Winner: Tony Nese
After the Match
Lio Rush is looking over the announcer’s table with a dark look of anger. Nese can be heard saying, “Every single thing I do, I’m better than you.” as the show closes.
