Major League Wrestling President Court Bauer issued a short statement on Twitter commenting on former Middleweight champion MJF’s departure from the company. MJF, who is now signed to AEW, lost a Loser Leaves Town to Mance Warner on Saturday’s episode of Fusion. Bauer writes, “For nearly 3 years @The_MJF has left an indelible mark on @MLW. Unapologetically arrogant, dynastic & morally bankrupt. There’s no ceiling for the depravity within his young, impure soul. We all paid a great price for his presence. And we’d do it again in a heartbeat. Adios, kid.”

MJF joined MLW back in 2017 when he was only 21 years old. He has since become one of the top heels for AEW, and recently defeated Cody Rhodes at AEW’s Revolution pay per view.
