AEW announced last night that their upcoming Fyter Fest pay per view will now be a two-week Dynamite special airing on TNT.
According to the Wrestling Observer, AEW will be taping the July 8th episode on July 2nd, with night one (July 1st) running live. The shows are being treated as a pay per view, as every title will be on the line. Matches are expected to be longer as well.
Reports are that AEW will also consider doing similar specials like this and last January’s Bash at the Beach more regularly to fill in the gaps between their pay per view schedule. Their next official big event, ALL OUT, takes place on September 5th from a location that AEW has yet to announce.
