IMPACT Wrestling has announced on Twitter that Josh Alexander will be defending the world championship against Joe Doering from the Violent By Design faction at the July 1st Against All Odds event from Atlanta, Georgia.

This is the first matchup announced for the event. Alexander is coming off of his successful defense against Eric Young at Slammiversary. Meanwhile, Doering has yet to be pinned since returning to IMPACT back in 2021.
