WWE star and former King of the Ring winner Baron Corbin recently joined the Johnny Dare show to hype this evening’s Halloween Havoc television special on USA. In the Halloween spirit Corbin revealed that he was once offered a part in a film by acclaimed horror director Eli Roth. Unfortunately, Corbin says he didn’t get the part.
I want to get in a horror movie so bad. It’ll happen. I got to read for Eli Roth’s new movie coming out ‘Thanksgiving,’ the horror movie. I didn’t get the role. I’m sure they gave it to somebody awesome, but that would have been so cool.
Eli Roth is best known for Cabin Fever, the Hostel series, and The Green Inferno. He also starred in the Quentin Tarantino classic Inglorious Basterds.
As of now Corbin does not have a match on tonight or next Tuesday’s NXT Halloween Havoc specials. He has been heavily featured since going back down to the yellow-and-black brand. He defeated former NXT Champion Bron Breakker back at NXT No Mercy. Check out his full interview here.
