WWE has announced another tag team match for WrestleMania 38.
It was confirmed this afternoon that Kofi Kingston and King Xavier Woods will represent The New Day when they take on Sheamus and Ridge Holland, who will have Butch in their corner.
WWE has announced The New Day vs. Sheamus and Holland for WrestleMania Saturday.
As noted before, this match was originally planned to be a six-man bout with Big E joining Kingston and Woods to take on Sheamus, Holland and Butch, but plans changed when Big E suffered the broken neck at the hands of Holland earlier this month. There is no word on if Big E will be able to appear in The New Day’s corner, but he is not being advertised to be at ringside as of this writing, as Butch is.
WrestleMania 38 will take place on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3 from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Below is the current announced card:
