Rating: ***3/4. Hell of a match! Matthews is a diamond in the rough and he’s every bit one of the best pure wrestlers in the company. Garcia has developed into this awesome underdog character, and fallen back into his wrestler mentality with FTR. These guys went stride-for-stride with Garcia taking a lot of punishment but never wavering, only to get the underdog-style win out of nowhere.
After the match, House of Black hits the ring and so does FTR. Brawl ensues! The locker room empties and we’ve got a donnybrook!

Winners: Blackpool Combat Club
Rating: ***1/2. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of the Eddie Kingston/Blackpool Combat Club dynamic, and it seems the fans won’t either, as they were on their feet the entire time.
After the match, Danielson spits in the face of Kingston and lets him know he won’t be champion for long.
Final Thoughts: Wrestling-heavy episode of Collision tonight, and there are no complaints here. The entire show flowed pretty well with no real low points, especially after it started hot with Taylor and Moxley. We’re seeing a lot of fresh blood on Collision week after week, and the veterans are helping to establish them. Moxley and Taylor, Copeland and Martin, Rosa and Aminata, etc. Eddie Kingston and the BCC can also do no wrong, so I’m totally fine with that storyline continuing. Good stuff tonight. 8.5/10.
