Former WWE NXT and Impact Wrestling star Kimber Lee (real name Kimberly Frankele) known as Kimber is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on Tuesday, November 28th, at 8:30 AM in front of the Highlands County Court. An earlier pre-trial hearing took place this morning.
These legal proceedings stem from an incident on May 11th in Sebring, Florida, where she faced charges of DUI, Resisting an Officer with Violence, and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer. Lee entered a plea of not guilty to all these charges on July 7th, which was the same day she was formally charged. She chose to waive her right to a speedy trial and requested a public defender, explaining in court documents that she currently lacks the financial means to hire her own defense attorney. Her request for a public defender was approved.
