NXT may have found its new ring announcer.
According to Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp and Corey Brennan, Mike Rome is set to make his move from the WWE main roster to NXT and could potentially begin as soon as tonight’s show. Rome previously had the position in NXT from 2016-2019 after signing in 2016. However, from 2019-2023 he had been on Raw, and has been on SmackDown since.
The report adds that it is uncertain of what will happen next for current NXT ring announcer Alicia Taylor.
